Standard Payment Terms & Conditions:
Prepayment is required for all new accounts. Established accounts have Net 30 terms with approved credit and established credit limit. USA: payments accepted via ACH, check or credit card. Outside of USA: ACH or credit card. Credit card transactions greater than $10,000 are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Shipments are made FOB Haverhill, MA 01835 USA. Equipment ships on a pallet by LTL Truck. Small items ship by parcel service.
Carrier Shortage or Damage:
Customer MUST notify Newcastle Systems of any shortages or damages within 2 days of receiving order. All damages to shipment must be noted on trucking carrier’s shipping paperwork.
All orders must be faxed or emailed to Newcastle Systems on company letterhead. Any changes must be communicated in writing.
Newcastle Systems reserves the right to revise all prices and freight terms without notice.
Products manufactured by Newcastle Systems to your specifications are NON Cancelable.
Lead Times will be noted on our proposals but are subject to change. Generally lead times vary from 1 to 3 weeks.
All metal components are warranted against defect in material and workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase. Electronic components are warranted for 1 year from ship date. SLA batteries are warranteed for 6 months but voided if battery is left in discharged state for more than 3 days. Lithium batteries are warranted for 3 years, but voided if batteries are opened or damaged due to abuse or misuse.
This warranty does not cover product abuse, modification, integration, improper storage, failure to adhere to product instructions, improper operation or misuse. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to: any use of the Product in other than its intended application, including the use of this Product with any charging device or accessory not manufactured by Newcastle Systems, improper maintenance, improper battery charging/discharging behavior, spilling liquids on components, opening/dropping/disassembling battery pack, exposure to harsh elements including temperatures and moisture outside the operating and storage specifications.
Returned Goods Policy:
Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization and compliance with shipping instructions as provided by Newcastle Systems. All goods must be returned in good condition and freight prepaid. A minimum restocking charge of 30% is made on all authorized returns of standard product for credit. An additional charge will be made for any repairs as necessary.
We reserve the right to change product design, specifications, construction and performance at any time without prior notice. Additionally we reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
