As part of our ongoing commitment to align our product portfolio with market demand and emerging technologies, we have decided to discontinue several products, most of which utilize sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries.
Rest assured, we will still offer a wide range of SLA configurations to support your customers who do not use lithium products in their facilities. Below you will find the products that will be discontinued starting 1/1/2026:

| Acceptance: | All orders are subject to credit approval. |
| Payment Terms: | 1% 10, NET 30 with approved credit. New customers: 25% prepayment required for first order only. (Lead time may be extended for new customers due to establishment of credit.) International orders require 100% prepayment via wire transfer or credit card. |

| Returns: | All returns must be approved and subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable. |
