Derek Coppinger Joins Newcastle Systems as VP of Sales and Marketing

HAVERHILL, Mass. (April 28, 2017) -  Newcastle Systems, a leading provider of
mobile powered workplace solutions specifically designed to make warehouses, manufacturing facilities and retail floors more efficient, today welcomes Derek Coppinger as vice president of sales and marketing.

“Along with his extensive career as a communicator, Coppinger brings key leadership capabilities to the table – motivation, direction and execution. All of which are crucial to successful company growth,” said John O’Kelly, CEO of Newcastle Systems.

Prior to joining Newcastle Systems, Coppinger was the senior vice president and chief sales and marketing officer of National Technical Systems in Calabasas, Calif. and is a member of the board for ESC Lab Sciences and chairman of the board of American Council of Independent Laboratories. He holds a master’s degrees from Cranfield University, and attended MIT Sloan School of Management, and Boston University School of Law.

Coppinger was drawn to Newcastle Systems for its innovative product line and the impact its products have on the warehouse environment.
